Summary:
Over twenty years of extensive Operational Management and Development in and for Continuing Care Retirement Communities nationwide. A strong leader, excellent communicator, skilled in estimating and budgeting, long-range planning and organization, troubleshooting and program development, and quality improvement.  Acutely attuned to customer satisfaction in first class establishments, and the results of his work are evident.  Has actually acted as an Executive Chef, with membership in the American Culinary Federation, American Hotel Motel Association, and the Foodservice Consultants Society.  Certifications through the American Hotel Motel Association Educational Institute, degreed by the Culinary Institute of America.
