CANDIDATE # 1

Regional Vice President, Director
Summary:
Extensive Regional experience for over fifteen years, in Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing, with great skills in Operations and in-depth knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid issues and regulations.  Candidate has additional valuable experience in Assisted Living and Continuing Care communities.  Has been responsible for facilities ranging in size from 50 to over 200 beds throughout career.  Holds an active Nursing Home Administrator's license, with a BS degree and additional certifications. Very capable!

Summary:
This Administrator has done it all, with 11 years in Long Term Care, 5 of those as an Administrator.  Skilled in Social Services, Admissions and Marketing, this candidate takes pride in developing and successfully working with teams.  Well organized, and with a creative approach to problem solving, this candidate seems to be motivated by pressure.  Achieves and maintains high census numbers.  BA degree.

Summary:
Terrific and highly experienced manager, with multi-state, multi-site responsibility, to include both skilled nursing and Assisted Living services.  Implements, and evaluates clinical programs, assuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.  Writes appropriate manuals, oversees Clinical Policies and Procedures, as well as all associated training.  Makes sure that all who work with this candidate are fully informed of the latest issues and changes.  Implemented systems standards of care for skin integrity, chemical and physical restraints, and weight loss prevention, trained and evaluated Directors of Nursing, provided in service training for the OBRA survey process, advised Administrators and DON's of pertinent Quality Assurance issues.  Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in several states, with both a BS and MS in Nursing.  AANAC Certified RAI/MDS.
